The British medical association (BMA) has issued guidance to all surgeries to help them prioritise their workload during the pandemic.
This works on a RAG code:
Green – aim to continue these services regardless of the pandemic
Amber – continue if the clinical capacity allows and the Clinician deems it appropriate
Red – postpone this service with the aim of revisiting it once the outbreak ends.
